Job Description

As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with their daily care, development, and wellbeing. You will work closely with families, schools, and healthcare professionals to provide safe, nurturing, and person-centred support tailored to each child’s individual needs.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, supporting learning and play activities, maintaining routines, and promoting emotional, physical, and social development. You may also support children with additional needs, including behavioural, learning, or physical disabilities, ensuring their dignity, safety, and wellbeing are always prioritised.

This role requires patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children. You will be expected to follow safeguarding policies, care plans, and professional standards at all times.
